Your personal data is processed by SPINDORA SEO Platform (“Platform”, “we”) as data controller in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698, “KVKK”), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where applicable, and related legislation. Personal data we collect through the Platform, purposes and legal bases: • Identity and contact data (name, email, username): Account creation, authentication, communication, service delivery and performance of contract. • Transaction and usage data: Payment-related data (transaction records, subscription information), platform usage logs, analysis and scan history, domain and competitor analysis data. Purposes: Service delivery, billing, support, improvement and legitimate interest. • Technical data: IP address, session data, device/browser information. Purposes: Security, fraud prevention, system performance and service quality. • Cookies: Limited use of cookies for website functionality, preferences and analytics; preference management is provided.

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in KVKK Art. 5 and 6 and GDPR where applicable: your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest. From the “Privacy (GDPR)” / “KVKK Yönetimi” area within the Platform you can view your data, download it, freeze your account or permanently delete your data or account. After freezing, you can reactivate your account by logging in within 7 days; otherwise the account may be permanently closed.

This policy may be updated due to legal or service changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the platform. The current text is always published on the website.
